Welcome to Nature-Abstracted

This group is meant for photographers who enjoy taking nature based abstract photographies. It's a sharing place for lovers of nature abstractions for beginners, amateurs and professionals.

We accept only photographs.

We accept only abstract works : Lines, shapes, colors, composition should dominate. The real subject must not be so obvious.

We accept only images from nature. Human made objects are not accepted. There is one exception for the Rust and Natural chemical reactions category. In most cases, these reactions are produced on human-made objects, so they are allowed for this gallery only, but we shouldn't be able to tell what the object is.

Watermarks are acceptable as long as they are kept small and unobtrusive.

Over edited and unnatural looking images will be rejected.

We base our selection on three combined criteria : nature, photography and abstraction intent.

As the line between figurative and abstract work is often thin, submissions will be accepted at the moderators own discretion.
